Shipping policy

If the shipping costs appear excessive when adding multiple items to your cart, please contact us before making a purchase. While some items may be shipped from different locations, we may be able to adjust the shipping fees to reduce your costs.

Most of our items are made to order, ensuring you receive something truly unique and special. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped. Some items take longer to ship (about 10 days).  During peak periods, such as holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer, and we kindly ask for your patience.

Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
