At Christian4Life, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products that reflect your faith. Each item is crafted with care and made to order, ensuring that you receive something unique and special. Because of this, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. As such, we will work with you to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.To process a return or exchange for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at shop@christian4life.store within 7 days of receiving your order. You may also use our Contact Form
- Provide Details: Please include your order number and a detailed description of the damage. To help us expedite the process, we will ask you to please attach clear, high-quality photos of the damaged area(s).
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the damaged item.
Upon receiving the damaged item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and our product availability.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we determine that the item does not need to be returned. This is standard practice for most online retailers, and it is in place to help offset the costs of processing and handling returns.
Size Selection
As all of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizes. Therefore, we strongly advise that you carefully review the size chart and measurements provided for each product before placing your order. This will help to ensure that you receive the perfect fit and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Final Sale
Please note that all sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged. We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some customers, but it is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our small business. We appreciate your understanding and support.
